Our building was a paint store before we purchased it for our sign company. We had a rusted illuminated sign out front (40yrs old). We were on a limited budget and removed the old panels, wire brushed and painted the frames, reinstalled aluminum panels. We now have a functional sign. We printed the bottom panel on vinyl and applied it to the existing panel for our tenant next door.
